1.2. LOW VISIBILITY PROCEDURES (LVP)LVP will be activated when- The reported RVR value at TDZ is equal to or less than 550m;- Cloud base is below 200’ according to the meteorological local report;- The rapid deterioration of weather conditions recommends so.No operations allowed with RVR less than 400m.Pilots will be informed by RTF and when LVP are in force.In case of poor visibility conditions, a reduced APT capacity can be expected dueto the required increase in spacing between arriving ACFT and the restrictionsapplied on ground movements.Only RWY 32 is available for operation during the following conditions:Whenever conditions are such that all or part of the manoeuvring area cannot bevisually monitored from TWR and/or in case of RVR equal or less than 1000m, onlyone movement at a time is allowed and:- TWY B, C, D, E and L not available.Follow-me assistance will be available on pilot’s request.
1.2.1. TAXI ROUTINGS
Departure RWY 32:Code letter A thru C ACFT taxi via TWY K, A and F. Code letter D thru F ACFTtaxi via TWY H, A, F.Enter the RWY via TWY F or M or by ATC.
Aborted Take-off RWY 32:Vacate the RWY via TWY AA.
Arrival RWY 32:Vacate the RWY via TWY AA and report to TWR, when RWY has been vacated andthe assigned stand has been reached. Code letter A thru E ACFT, if taxiing tostand 08, taxi via TWY AA, A and G. Code letter E ACFT and F ACFT, if taxiing tostand 22, taxi via TWY AA, A or H or by ATC.When taxiing to Military Apron, taxi via TWY AA, A, F and M or by ATC.

Whenever an ACFT operating on the manoeuvring area experiences a communica-tions failure, it shall comply with the following:- Vacate the RWY and the ILS-sensitive area via appropriate TWY and wait on
its first segment for the arrival of the Follow-me vehicle in order to be guidedto the stand.
3.1. START-UP PROCEDUREPilots shall request start-up clearance 5 MIN before ready to start engines, han-dling operations completed.
3.2. RWY OPERATIONSMultiple line-ups for take-off can be given to not more than two ACFT at thesame time under the following conditions:- Daylight only;- Visibility 5km or more and cloud base 1000ft or more;- Available intersections for RWY 14: TWY AA, B and/or C;- Available intersections for RWY 32: TWY F and E;- Pilot's read-back shall contain RWY designator, intermediate take-off desig-
nator and departure sequence.
3.3. OTHER INFORMATION3.3.1. COMMUNICATIONS FAILURE

DEPARTURESRWY 32During take-off and climb phase, pilots shall apply Noise Abatement Procedure 1(NADP1).
NIGHTTIME RESTRICTIONBetween 2300-0600LT it is mandatory for landing ACFT to use the entire length of RWYto reach apron or parking area, except for ACFT having landing perfomances allowing ashorter run without use of reverse thrust.
RUN-UP TESTSBetween 2300-0600LT and 1400-1600LT engine tests of all ACFT are forbidden exceptfor those of immediate use.It is absolutely forbidden to perform engine run-ups on the parking area.During run-ups ACFT shall be positioned against the wind in order to avoid disturbingnoise in the surrounding area.ACFT moving to or coming from the engine run-up area shall be moved by truck. Thetruck should not leave the ACFT during the whole engine run-up time. In case of animmediate move requested by the TWR the truck shall be in continuous radio contactwith the TWR.
REVERSE THRUSTIt is forbidden for landing ACFT to use reverse thrust over minimum levels as reportedin the ACFT flight manual except for safety reasons.
AUXILIARY POWER UNITS (APUs)Use of APU is allowed 5 minutes before EOBT only for engine start-up. If ground gener-ator units are not available APU can be started up 60 minutes before EOBT andswitched off 20 minutes after arrival. APT civil aviation authority might clear the useof APU for a longer period.
