The convertible container is a collecting unit used for increasing the stocking capacity of the extracted material.The container, which has a capacity of 265 gallons (1000 liters), is characterized by an automatic lifting system of the cover unit, through a pneumatic cylinder.This operation is accomplished by a single operator with the help of a foot pedal. This system allows to reduce the empting time of the above mentioned item, in less then one minute.

THE CONTAINER PISTONSThese pistons can work in a dusty environment. The protection unit helps to keep the piston free of external dusty agents, which may damage it. In this way the efficiency of the piston is guaranteed.

Cyclonic prefilter

The cyclonic prefilter has been developed to preserve the filter’s life from most of the extracted material.

This accessory can be combined with your vacuum cleaner and can be located in a dif-ferent area than the one where the suction operation takes place.

MOVABLE TANDEMIn order to reduce and facilitate the movements of the vacuum cleaner and of its cyclonic prefilter, it is pos-sible to create a movable tandem unit, which adds up the two products. For example in the beside picture, a special application has been realized by inserting a suction collector, which allows the operator to use specific aspiration kits.

CYCLONIC PREFILTER DESCRIPTION

Aerial arm

This device is developed to connect the vacuum cleaner to the flat table machine.

The aerial arm allows to keep the working area free from chips, dust and working scrap. By using this system, it will allow you to reduce the risk of fire accidents, caused by suction ho-ses which are not supported by the aerial arm.

Nebulizer

Nebulizing process

The nebulizer is a tool that mixes air and cooling liquid. This system arises from the need to prevent the formation of fire caused by possible aspiration of sparks.During the processing of materials such as leather and wood, it can happen to create a friction generated from the machine tool with any metal inserts present in the pro-duct being processed. The friction produces sparks that can be aspirated together with the industrial scraps and trigger the same, within the collection container of the vacuum cleaner.

The remote start is a device which allows to start and stop the vacuum cleaner directly by the tool machine the vacuum cleaner is connected to. When the machine tool is switched on, an activating signal is sent to the vacuum cle-aner and when the machine stop, this signal gets interrupted. The optional use of a remo-te control makes this activation easy and the disabling is simple and practical.Anyhow, the remote start can be discon-nected and the start and stop of the vacuum cleaner can be done manually.
