• Most countries are at early stage of adoption

• Scale up should focus on accelerating universal coverage through use of technology to:

– Reduce health cost

– Provide effective community outreach with information and services

– Adopt financing mechanism such as insurance to attain sustainability

Addressing the Challenges

• Continuous sharing of ideas of information through exchange visits among participants

• Larger sharing of information and ideas through website between all countries on:

– Health care cost reduction

– Expansion of insurance programs particularly at the community level

• Providing incentives and facilitate engagement of the private sector
