Problem Statement

KT&G's new brand of cigarettes, 'This Africa,' at a convenience store in Seoul in October 2013 became controversial. 

• Racist stereotypes are creating seri-ous social problems as it triggers anger of new members of the society.

• Concerning increasing number of multi-ethnic children, the fact that racial stereotypes are severe in young age groups as well is significantly worrisome.
