INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE TEACHERS

• Slides 2 – 5 present sentences using the present simple.

• Slide 6 – chart with verb to be. Click on the slide to start animation – emphasis

on the 3rd person singular.

• Slide 7 – instructions for the activity.

• Print slides 9 – 20 and place them around the walls of the classroom. Leave slide

8 open and have sts walk around the class and complete the sentences according

to the pictures on slide 7. Alternatively, you can play hot potato with the

sentences available. Or simply, ignore the sentences and have sts talk about the

two characters using the present simple tense.
