How to install a digital M‐PESA certificate on Vista / Windows 7.
Log into the certificate request website and request for two certificates.
Once the certificate has been issued, click on the 1st certificate and install it as per the steps below.
Click on ‘yes’
Click on ‘install this CA certificate’
It will prompt you to save the file. Click on save and save it to a location that you will retrive it from.
E.g your desktop.
Click on ‘open’ then click on ’ install certificate’
Click on ‘next’
Click on ‘place all certificates in the follownig store’ then select ‘Trusted Root Certification Authorities’
Click on ‘next’ then ‘finish’ the process.
You will then get a prompt asking you if you are sure you want to install the certificate.
Click in ‘yes’
The certificate is now successfully installed.
Go back to the certificate website and install the 2nd certificate.
