1. Development BackgroundPolicy Background: National Policy has repeatedly referred to the development of blockchain industry

• Blockchain technology has been listed in the National Information Planning for the first time.

——In December 2016, the State Council issued the National Informatization Plan for the 13th

Five-Year Plan.

• Blockchain has become a new hotspot for innovation and entrepreneurship. Technology convergence will expand

into this application of new space. Blockchain will be widely untilized in the real economy in the next three years

and become an important support for the construction of a digital China.

——In May 2018, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the White

Paper on Blockchain Industry in China 2018.

• The new generation of information technology, represented by blockchains, accelerates and breaks through

its application.

The size of Chinese blockchain market reached RMB 81 million, and will reach RMB 512 million by 2020, with a CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) 115.6% from 2016 to 2020.

In 2018, Chinese blockchain market expenditure reached US$160 million. The market expenditure in 2022 is expected to reach US$1.42 billion, with a CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) of 76.3%.
