BANANA MASH

Ingredients: 1/2 cup fresh or sour milk or 2 tablespoons soya mash 2 ripe bananas Preparation Peel bananas and mash with folk or rub through sieve. Add milk or soyabean mash. Stir and mix. Spoon -feed to infant or child.

NOTE:

Soyabean mash Is the pounded soyabeans that are left over after making soyabean

milk or use cooked soyabeans that are well pounded.
