FOR ADULTS 18 AND OVER Yoga: This is a dynamic class of combined movement and breathing that will help you build strength, improve flexibility and most importantly relax. Cardio Kickboxing: Aerobic exercise that helps improve balance and coordination using boxing and martial art moves. Strengthening: Gain mobility and body strengthening. Zumba: Dance aerobic exercise to the rhythm of music.

PARA ADULTOS MAYORES DE 18 AÑOS Cardio Kickboxing: Ejercicio aérobico que mejora tu balance y coordinación con movimientos de boxeo y arte marciales. Fortalecimiento: Recuperar fortaleza y movilidad del cuerpo. Yoga para Adulto: Es una clase dinámica de movimiento combinado con respiración que le ayudará a fortalecer su cuerpo, ganar flexibilidad y sobretodo relajarse. Zumba: Ejercicio aeróbico de baile al ritmo de música.

Colesterol: Como controlar y prevenir. Diabetes: Como controlar y prevenir. Presión Arterial: Como controlar y prevenir. Tejido: Clase de principiantes de tejido. Zumba para Niños: Ejercicio aeróbico de baile al ritmo de música. (Edades de 4-12) Zumba para Adolescentes: Ejercicio aeróbico de baile al ritmo de música. (Edades de 13-17)
