Understanding

This document explains the information about Import/Export Product Reviews Magento

Extension. The main function of this extension is to Import/Export product reviews through CSV

file. In Import reviews process admin can set the status (Approve/Disapprove) of reviews and

can also set reviews stores respective, using CSV file.

Features

Extension Import/Export all product reviews.

Extension can easily supports Multi-Stores environment.

Admin can Approve or Disapprove Customer reviews from CSV file.

Steps to be taken

>>Step-1. Login with your Magento admin.

>>Step-2. Go to system -> Magento Connect -> Magento Connect Manager

>>Step- 3. Login with Magento Connect Manager (with your Magento admin credentials)

>>Step-4. Upload package file (purchased file) in direct package file upload section and click on upload.

>>Step-5. Return to Magento admin and clear cache from System -> Cache Management

>>Step-6. Logout from Magento admin and re-login.

How to Import/Export Product Reviews?

>>Step-1. Go to System -> Import/Export -> Dataflow - Advanced Profiles

You will find two profiles created: 1. Import Product Review 2. Export Product Review

Steps to Export Product Reviews

>>Step-1. Click on "Export Product Review"

>>Step-2. Now go to "Run Profile" and click on "Run Profile in Pop-up".

If there is any review present for a particular product in your site then it will export it on location

"var/export/export_review.csv".

Steps to Import Product Reviews

>>Step-1. Copy the export_review.csv from "var/export/export_review.csv" to

"var/import/export_review.csv" and rename “export_review.csv" to "import_review.csv".

Then make changes in reviews that you want or add new reviews to import_review.csv.

>>Step-2. Now Click on "Import Product Review"

Now click on "Run Profile in Pop-up" from admin, it will load all the reviews from

"import_export.csv".
