GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Development of a reactional block model thatdescribes the hydrodesulphurization (in model writing role) to beused in a process simulation of the HDT unit in SimCentral in ProcessMode.
Main Steps:1) Estimation of mass coefficients between phases (gas-liquid and liquid-solid);2) Estimation of physic-chemical properties for the model;3) Implementation of HDS reactions;4) Evaluate the gas-liquid and liquid-solid rates on the catalyst surface;5) Evaluate the response of the model developed in SimCentral with the models already developed in MatLab.
