How To Use Dockets and Find Filings on

Bloomberg Law

Log into Bloomberg Lawhttp://www.bloomberglaw.com

• No Bloomberg Law account? Request one on the same page.

Click on the Litigation & Dockets tab, then select Search Dockets.

Docket Search Screen

Browse Court(s)

• Click on the court name to it add to your search.

Search by Keywords, Docket Numbers, Parties, and more

For federal circuit cases, you may also search by Nature of Suit.

The search results screen allows you to refine the results

The docket sheet looks much like it does on PACER for federal cases.

When you find the document that you need, click on the Req#.

You will see a fee notice when you request a document.

If the document is not available electronically, please contact your

librarian liaison for assistance.

Your document will be sent to you via email. It will also be available online in

the Docket Requests section
