How to take the Information Ethics Teston SUMS e-Learning website.

SUMS-CSIRT

English version of the Information Ethics TEST is available.

We are SUMS-CSIRT: SUMS Computer Security Incident Response Team.

We are writing you to ask for taking the online Information Ethics TEST and applying for test registration to get an English version.The test have been provided on our e-learning service and now English version is available to the registered members.

All the SUMS employers are required to take this test on our e-learning site.by December 31, 2019. You need to try it until you get a perfect score. If you cannot complete by the deadline, your SUMS email address will be suspended.

If you fail to answer all the questions correctly on the first try, read through textbook before you go back and try to answer.

Please make sure to give us a message to apply before you visit the e-learning site.

How to start the Test on SUMS e-Learning.� To begin, enter the following URL. (Accessible only to devices on

SUMS network.)https://latte.shiga-med.ac.jp/webclass/login.php?language=ENGLISH

� Enter User ID and Password to log in to your account.

� Select ‘Information Ethics’

� Select ‘Information Ethics’ that can be found in the ‘handbook’.

� Select ‘comprehension test’.

� Select the ‘Start’ to begin learning.

� After you finish every question, select ‘Grade’ to get your test scores. You can proceed to the Result page.

� Your Score will show up on the page. To read the explanations of each questions, select ‘Check’ button on the left side. After checking your answers and the reference points written in the question, select ‘Quit Results’ on the upper-left corner to return ‘Material List’.
