DESCRIPTION

http://petrafisher.com Very short step by step instruction for using the search option on LinkedIn. Shows you how to narrow the results from say 7000 to 700 and even less. This way you will find the professional you are looking for, without scrolling through 70 or more pages with results.

•Type some keywords - for example ‘linkedin coach’ -in the searchbox.•Make sure it is a ‘people’ search.•Hit enter or click the magnifying glass.

•By default the results are sorted by relevance.•This is not objective.•Sort by keywords instead.

•So far I’ve got 7,611 results.•Time to finetune the results.•I’ll filter the Locations for ‘Netherlands’ as that is where I am currently based.

•There, I’ve decimated the resulst from 7,611 to 769.•That’s still 77 pages to scroll through though.•You might want to apply another filter to narrow your result.
