This is Bob. Bob is the COO of ABC Company.
Bob has spent a LOT of money on software...
to improve ABC’s efficiency, customer service, and revenue.
But Bob didn’t want to pay EXTRA for a data tracking software.
So ABC Company had no unified way to track their data.
Which made a BIG mess!
When a customer called in asking why his appointment had been
changed…
The service rep couldn’t find out who had changed it, or why.
This made customers REALLY MAD.
And when the government did a data audit…
They said ABC Company was NON COMPLIANT!
ABC Company lost a lot of time, money, and customers.
So they FIRED Bob.
