BE A TEAM PLAYERAlways offer to help other employees around you. You never know when you may need their help.

PRIORITIZE WORKMake sure to focus your energy on time-sensitive tasks so you don’t bog yourself down on assignments that can be done at a later time.

BE POSITIVEYour energy is contagious, so make sure to promote an uplifting spirit to those around you. A happy workplace can change the dynamic of being at a job.

BE PROACTIVE (NOT REACTIVE)Learn from your mistakes and fix problems as opposed to playing the blame game. It’s easy to pass off mistakes, but what is learned from that? Finding a solution is always a great way to grow.

HAVE AN OUTLETMake sure work isn’t your entire life. There is so much out there to do when your shift has ended. Find something that inspires your or gets you excited.
