Above all else, EXCELLENT. communication by all parties, both office & on-site crew. Communication can be the make or break aspect, no matter what industry work is in. Foundation exactly where specified, will allow future improvements as desired. Foundation quality superior, straight lines throughout, good constructing, etc. Makes a huge difference when I compare to other non-Vanderbuilt homes where foundation work is shoddy.
