Homeo Medicine Distribution Camp

Helping Hands Organization and Govt. Homeo Clinic Karukutty, conducted free preventive homeo medicines and health awareness classes to the natives of Edakunnu and Palisserry against the spread of Dengue fever and other communicable diseases that are common in rainy season. The camp was organized simultaneously at SNDP Library premises Palissserry and St.Antonys church parish hall Edakunnu . The camp was inaugurated by Karukuttygramapanchayat president Mrs. Shiney George , Vice president Mr.Shiju V Thekkekara, Panchayat member Mr. Murali , Vicar Jacob Puthusserry.A medical team of 3 doctors lead by Dr. Prasanth C Reynold monitored the medicine distribution. Health awareness sessions were taken by Dr. Prasanth C Reynold and Dr. Prasanth. A total of 513 persons visited the camp,1201units of medicines were dispatched to people and free bold sugar test were also done to 25 people under the guidance of Dr. Arun. Certificates for socialservice were distributed to the volunteers.
