DESCRIPTION
This Report is a small part of the Official Top-Secret Report prepared by Lt. Gen. TB Henderson Brooks and Brig. P S Bhagat, Vir Chakra, as per Orders dated Dec 14, 1962.The Govt of India refused to publicize this Report in spite of a widespread demand to make its contents Public. It is said the Report squarely blamed Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru for the Blunder.Finally, on March 18, 2014, journalist Neville Maxwell published this small part, which also has certain pages missing, for now.Nevertheless, what we have here now give us the full structure of the Report, and we should be grateful for this little window to the Truth of 1962.
