Leads to Exclusion

ExclusionExclusion

From our experience this often starts at an early age, but at a smaler scale.

To feel excluded from school is a triggering factor for droping out.

To counter the feeling of exclusion the adults surrounding young people have to cooperate and react.

A high amount of sick-leave, truancy and low intrest in interaction with others are severe signals.

InclusionInclusion

We all need to feel included, if we don´t we start searchin for a context were we do.

If the student have social difficulties, and a none functional home, have to be seen and included.

"Mapping" we make a map of what we are dealing with, and contact the needed resources

"Build up phase", give streghth and assets, make them feel important and seen.

Reinforcement and support

"P""P"

Left school at the age of 8, continued to study at home.

Is diagnosed with AD/HD, and hyperactivity.

Grows up on a farm, so he can get his energy out working half the day. He is tought by his parents and a teatcher who comes to their home twice a week.

Finishes highschool one year earlier then expected, and starts his own firm, in his parents name at the age of 16.

This is a very rare example, and is only succesful because both his parents worked at home.
