3. Clinician SummaryDisplays a list of service users assigned to a clinician based on their clinician code. Prints onto one page..

4. Summary ReportSupplies statistical information based on Service users in the Databases e.g. Male/Female %, relapse prevention plan

5. Discharged TableSummary of discharged service users, when a discharge date is entered that service user’s data is deleted from the database and transferred to this sheet
