Do male and female leaders behave differently in manage their team?

• Men have been found to be somewhat more self-assertive, aggressive, and coarse in their manner and language than women. Females, in contrast, have been found to be more expressive of emotion and compassion (although also quite capable of behaving aggressively; (Chesler & Simmons) (2001)

• As a conclusion, our survey has achieved the goal of the objectives.

• Both of the gender giving their best in doing a job.

∙ Both gender have difference evaluation and effectiveness in leadership.

∙ Definitely, leadership among men and women brings a lot of different in every perspective way.
