groups, facilitating the successful completion of

Our Focus

West Africa China

Rural West Africa

The Need (In Focus: the Bako Region of Mali):

• 2nd Highest Infant Mortality: 1 in 10 die at birth

• 20% of Children die by age 10

• Average household income is $23 per week

• Average person is 80 miles from a hospital or

clinic

• People must walk an average of two miles to

get water, and that water is often contaminated

Rural West Africa

• Digging Water Wells

• Building Medical Clinics

• Installing Sustainable Energy Systems

China

The Need:

• Most populous nation in the world

• Experiencing rapid economic growth

• Increasing social pressure on families and

business leaders tearing at the fabric of society

• Over half of Chinese marriages end in divorce

• Migration to China’s cities has broken down

traditional family networks leaving many

isolated and alone.
