Find a Pearson VUE testing center

Pass it!

OR

Attend ZendCon and sign up early

What is the test like?

Mix of easy, medium, and hard random questions

There is a time limit

It will attempt to confuse you, make sure you read the questions

Read up on PHP 5.3 additions (PHP 5.4 won’t be in the tests for a while)

Go through the list on Zend’s page on what the cert covers, and make sure you understand each topic

Anything that you have to look up (like function definitions), memorize

THIS IS A HARD TEST AND MANY PEOPLE FAIL, DON’T GET DISCOURAGED

What if I Fail?

Study and try again

Zend will not tell you your score, nor what you need to work on
