3) Click on textHELP drop down arrow
4) Choose General Options
Change the Button Bar
5) Choose “Small icons without text”
6) Choose “Clear Style Color”
Speech Options 7) Click on the green Play button drop-down menu

9) Click the Auto Read tab
10)Uncheck all the boxes
Spell Check Video Tour
Spell Check 1) Type into a Word document
2) Make a few spelling errors
3) Word underlines errors in red
4) Click on the Spell Check button
Hear the Definitions1) Click the Play button on the menu bar to hear the definition
2) Click the Change button to select the new word
3) Click Ignore button if you do not want to change anything
4) Error Type is displayed at the bottom

3) A dialog box pops up
4) You can discover related words, phrases, etc.
Homophones 1) Click on the Show button and all the homophones will be colored in blue
2) Click on the Sounds Like button, and a dialog will pop up
3) It will show you all the possible definitions of possible homophones for a word
4) You can replace a word with the word that was intended
Sounds Like1) Click the Play button
to hear the definition
2) Choose Ignore or Change
3) Check Always Ignore this word in future for common words!
4) Click the Hide button to turn off the homophone support
Verb Checker Enter a verb
to see how it is conjugated for past, present, and future tense

PDF Aloud 1) Click the PDF Aloud button
2) Choose a PDF file on your computer
3) Use the buttons to hear text read aloud
Highlighter Tools1) Select text
2) Click a highlighter color
3) Click the Collect Highlights button
4) Choose colors to collect
5) Highlights will be pasted into a new Word document
Vocabulary 1) Click the Vocabulary button
2) Add words to the list . You can click “with images” or leave them out.
3) Click OK
4) Read & Write will automatically generate a list in a Word document
Word Cloud 1) Select some text or a word list
2) Click the Word Cloud button
3) Click “Create”
4) A separate window will appear with all the words. You can click on the words to hear them spoken.
Voice Note 1) Click inside a document
2) Click the Voice Note icon
3) Click the Start Recording button and record your message
4) Click Replay to hear your message
5) Click Save to save onto your computer or Insert to include it in your document
Summary 1) Copy and paste text into Word
2) Click the Summary button
3) Choose the percentage in the drop-down and click OK
4) A summary will be pasted into a new Word document
