Gauteng Province Public Members Beware!

GEP staff members are not allowed to enter into any personal transaction with Members of the

Public when processing their business deals.

• No monies should be paid directly to any GEP staff member to secure Committee

approvals.

• No Member of the Public should be coerced to put a mark-up price on their business

proposal to benefit a staff member.

• No 10% of the proposal fee should be paid to a GEP staff member in exchange for

an approval letter/ Contract.
