• Click on Complete on-line registration and RFR questionnaire.

• Enter your Username and Password or click on link that says, “please register by clicking here” to create an Username and Password. Click “Submit.”

• Once you have created a budget for a region, it will appear on this screen. You can view and edit from here.

• Make sure to fill in # of staff, FTE and total for each line item. Then click “Save and Continue.”

• You must type in a narrative for every line item that has a total in the budget.

• You must type in a position title, FTE and cost justification for every line item that has a total in the budget. Then click, “Save and Continue.”

Print All Budgets and/or Print Budget Summary

• You can edit your budget any time before the deadline.• The Print All Budgets button will print the entire application.• The Print Budget Summary will only print the budget pages.
