Partnerships with international IXPs • In more details, the survey shows that mostly operators and CDNs are interested in these partnerships.

• This proves that the strategy of interconnections deployment has to keep going.

Survey (3/4)

2011-2012 report

• Concerning the new services: – Only 20% of the surveyed crowd need a SIP peering

– 41% want SLA’s • Among them, 61% are ready to pay an additional cost • Between 5-10% more than the usual price

– 19% need a backup port offer which has to cost half the usual price of the port – Only 6 surveyed people were interested in the reseller program…while 28 did not know what

it was! This is why we had a party to launch the programme and we are still working on the promotion tools to help developint it

• Concerning the webportal – Only half the surveyed connects to the web portal – No average frequency: some get connected several times per month, a few every day or at

least one day a week. – Those who don’t connect did not mention why – Those who get connect want to see the statistics, a weather map, a looking glass and

administration documents (invoices and agreements)
