1 Purpose
The purpose of this document is to provide you with a configuration guide for the Flexible Real Estate
Management for China. Data used throughout this guide, particularly master data, is provided as an example
only. For example, store LT00 is used throughout the guide; however, you can use an alternative store value for
your business requirements.

2 Configuration
2.1 Activation of Business Function
To enable the use of the Store Management features in Flexible Real Estate Management for China, you must
activate the required business functions.
1. Choose one of the following options:

2. Expand the ENTERPRISE_BUSINESS_FUNCTIONS folder, and check whether the following business functions
have been activated.

2.2 Customization
This section contains customizing instructions for the Store Management feature in Flexible Real Estate
Management for China.
2.2.1 Counter Attributes
You define and maintain the counter attributes, such as the Counter ID and Counter Description, and assign the
counter to a store in this Customizing activity.
Note
The Store ID is defined in the IS-Retail system
2.2.1.1 Define Counter Attributes and Create Counter Assignment
1. Navigate to the Customizing activity:

You define the default VIP attributes, such as the VIP Type, VIP Type Description, and VIP Percentage in this
Customizing activity. The default attributes are used to define the levels of VIP that are supported globally, based
on the company code. It is also used to adjust the detailed difference (such as VIP level and discount) for each
counter.
2.2.2.1 Define Default Values for VIP Data

2.3 Business Add Ins (BAdIs)
The following Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) are available:
Amount Calculation: This BAdI is used during the settlement of a lease-in contract.
Note
To implement this BAdI, ensure you have carried out the Customizing Activity Assign Contract to General
Ledger Accounts.
Condition Adjustment: This BAdI is used only in a voucher calculation. You can use the framework to
implement your own business by adding a new event type. To do so, refer to the sample implementation.

4. In the pop up dialog box Copy, enter the following data:

9. Enter CN in the Factory calendar field.
10. Choose the Address (Shift +F5 ) button.
11. In the Edit address dialog box, maintain detailed address information.
12. Choose Copy (Enter ).
13. Choose Save.

3. On the Group Maintenance: Number Range OMEL_NR screen, in the Non-Assigned Elements area, choose the
notification type SN you created in the previous step.
4. Choose the Assign element group (F7 ) pushbutton.
5. In the pop up dialog box Group Selection, choose number range 05 and choose Copy (Enter ).
