1 More stakeholders joined the launch than planned, because the project organized a joint launch for 8 projects

supported by EU under the same call for proposals. 2 5 events (exposure visits) for small groups of CSO representatives were planned; instead, 3 events for bigger groups

were held (to Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Novograd-Volynskiy); the number of covered participants was even bigger than planned.

3 1 additional initiative was supported jointly with UNDP-sister project “Democratisation, Human Rights and Civil

Society Development” as the response to the situation with Crimea in order to monitor the provision of administrative service to inhabitants of Crimea on the territory of Kherson region. 4 Some of the projects initiated by CSOs covered more than 1 municipality.

5 In addition to the initially planned seminar for all CASPs from municipalities covered by the project activities, 1

seminar was held for CASPs from Lviv region - the key beneficiary of the project – based on the request from Lviv regional state administration. 6 Following the change of the Resource Centre, additional seminars for CASPs across the regions of Ukraine were held

by the newly elected Centre for Policy and Legal Reform as part of the work plan to communicate the citizens’ recommendations to the CASPs officials and collect policy recommendations from them to the national stakeholders on administrative services’ reform.

7 4 policy documents were developed to reflect proposals on different specific issues of quality of the administrative

services, and were then summarized in 1 publication of the Parliamentary Committee Hearings published jointly with GIZ.
