III. WE ARE TO FEAR GODA. Phil 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as you have always

IV. SATAN USES FEAR OF DEATH TO CONTROL US

A. Heb 2:14-15 As much then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

V. PERFECT LOVE CASTS OUT FEAR

A. 1 John 4:17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.

B. 1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear: because fear hath torment. He that fears is not made perfect in love.

C. Rom 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but you have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
