extraordinary linkedin profiles: a guide for professional users in 2016

FOREWORD

Many people have asked me to collate my prolific and

popular blog posts series, especially those on subjects

related to LinkedIn, into an “all-in-one” format. This

manual has been created in response and includes my

articles on the theme of LinkedIn Profiles, together with

some new material written especially for it. I have

presented the content in a printable format, with the

intention that this will become an essential easy-to-grab

item for your desk.

Over the course of this year, the LinkedIn platform has

changed enormously and in my discussions with the VP

of the LinkedIn User Experience, it was made clear many

more major changes are coming early in 2016. Therefore

I have not gone into small details, simply because these

are likely to become 0outdated very quickly. Instead I

have sought to concentrate on the broad brush

strategies and philosophies for optimizing the benefits

of LinkedIn Profiles for 2016.
