The Painted Picture The painted picture is a detailed story, written in present tense, of where exactly you want your business and life to be 3 years from now. A method from ‘Double Double’ by Cameron Herold.

Success for any business usually boils down to finding, and pursuing, your sweet spot. This is usually found in the intersection of what you love, what you're good at, and what people are willing to pay for.

Creating Success From What You Love

Personal freedom is my ultimate priority in life and business.

I have freedom and flexibility because I run a very successful t-shirt business called Phebe-n-Me.

I design shirts and other gift items with my drawings of Phebe and her friends.

– I am able to access my creativity every day, and in doing so, I bring laughter and smiles to others.

– People enjoy my shirts and look forward to the newest drawing to be released. People like them so much that collecting my shirts has become a hobby for some people.

• My husband Jeff is running the business side and I design and direct the creative side. – Along with creative input from my

sister’s we are able to have fun and a harmonious business filled with laughter. Friends and family are a priority for everyone, and dogs are always welcome.

I support rescue groups and donate a portion of profits to my favorite groups.

We also promote rescue dogs, as well as proper socialization and positive training methods. We help people bring dogs into their life as family members.

Our shirts celebrate our lives with dogs and we all know how lucky we are to have them.

Our business is primarily online allowing us to live in a warmer climate during the winter months.

We can run our business from anywhere in the world and travel when we want to.

I am honored and flattered when people tell me how much they love my designs.

People wearing my shirts ask me to sign

them.

I am extremely proud when referred to as

the owner and founder of Phebe-n-Me.

More and more people discover my

store and love my designs.

They share them with others

more and more people to our site.

A large portion of our

business is driven by retail stores that

carry my products.

People tell me I look young, vibrant, and alive. I am in the best shape and health I have ever been. – I do yoga every morning to start my

day invigorated, focused and with gratitude.

– I hike with my dogs every day to be grounded, happy and maintain perspective on life.

• My core work and main priorities are completed early in the day so that I can afford myself the time to do what I wish with my time. – This makes me happy and makes me a joy

for family and friends to be with.– Because I value freedom, adventure, and

personal time, my team is able to apply these freedoms to their own lives and grow personally as a result.

Phebe-n-Me is known for high quality shirts, unique designs, and excellent customer service. A friendly and inviting atmosphere and treating everyone like extended family is our hallmark. –When people buy Phebe-n-Me they are

buying into the warm and loving feeling exuded by our designs, as well as our friends and family that help run the business.

I am a media darling.

– I am always being interviewed for magazines, radio and pod-casts and asked to speak at small business events or fund raisers.

– Each event increases our brand awareness and enables Phebe-n-Me soar in popularity and has made it the brand to be.

I also continue to do Ashtanga yoga every day and am finally able to do the entire series one practice.

My injuries are healed and maintaining strength and flexibility keeps me injury free.

As a result, my mind is clear and focused.

I compete regularly in agility events locally and nationally. I enjoy the people and most of all, my time with my dogs. –My dogs are a priority. I am able to hike,

swim and bike with them whenever I desire.

–My dogs are healthy and happy. They are well trained and very competitive.

I schedule ample time off with my husband so we can relax and maintain a happy healthy relationship.

Whenever we want to, we go on vacations, go to seminars and take time off for retreats. We continue to learn and grow together.

Family

I remain close to my family and spend holidays and other special occasions with them.

I am involved in their lives and am happy to support my family in whatever they choose to do in their lives.
