With SDN Wi-Fi, you achieve
Holistic visibility of wired and wireless networks
No Vendor Lock-in (mix and match)
Predictable Quality of Service across the unified network
Insight/Analytics across the unified network
Diagnostic/Troubleshooting across the unified network
Unified Wired Wireless is the PROBLEM that SDN for
Enterprise can solve, and can solve very well!

The “DFS Channels” (Dynamic Frequency Selection) FCC Rule # 15.407(h)(2) requires that products operating in the UNII-2 and UNII-2 extended bands
(5.25-5.35 GHz and 5.47-5.725 GHz) must support Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS), to detect
and automatically adjusts channels to protect WLAN communications from interfering with military or
weather radar systems. All WLAN products that ship in Canada and the US on or after July 20, 2007
must meet the DFS for FCC requirements.

Thank You
Power and space challenges are still the same
• Don’t expect more than 3 data streams soon (-)
• Higher rates available at ranges closer to the AP (-)
• Higher throughput efficiency mean less time (power) spent for transmit (+)
• Users will still observe greater net throughput (+)
