In order for us to make your day special in every way we do require you to book all 10 accommodation rooms at Endless Horizons for the
night of your wedding.
This will allow full exclusivity of the venue as well provide convenient accommodation for out of town guests.
We have various wedding packages to choose from.
Each wedding is unique and in addition to the existing options we are able to offer you a tailored
wedding to suit your needs.
Wedding Package 1 Price: R 271 per person (excluding catering)

Confirmation and Payment To secure the date and venue, the following procedure will apply:
The ‘Quotation Acceptance Form’ needs to be filled out and sent back to the events department along with the signed quotation. Once this is received, a
provisional booking will be made, subject to availability.
The minimum number of guests we can accommodate for a banquet style function is 30 people and the maximum is 60 people.
If you would like to use the venue for a banquet for less than 30 people there will be an additional venue charge of R 4200.
A 30% deposit of invoice is due within 72 hours to secure booking
The final payment is due 10 days prior to the wedding
Final numbers for the group need to be given at least 14 days prior to event. Any cancellations for meals or any other services booked will be subject to a 100%
cancellation fee, should it be cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance.
Only written cancellations received will be accepted.
In the event of cancelling accommodation the following terms will apply:
If written notification from the client to the supplier is received by fax, e-mail or letter within 3 months of the date of arrival only a 10% deposit will be retained.
If written notification from the client to the supplier is received by fax, e-mail or letter within 2 months of the date of arrival only a 50% deposit on the amount
reflected on the pro-forma invoice will be raised for immediate payment by the client.
If written notification from the client to the supplier is received by fax, e-mail or letter less than 1 months of the date of arrival the pre-payment will be forfeited
and the balance reflected on the pro-forma invoice will be raised for immediate payment by the client.
Should you wish to transfer the date, six months written notice must be given and is subject to availability and mutual agreement.
A surcharge of R 1000 per hour will be charged for every hour after midnight for the venue. Due to the location of the venue, the final cut off time for music will
be at 23:00 although guests will be able to enjoy tea or coffee until midnight.
10% Gratuity will be added onto final bill.
Unfortunately we do not accommodate children under the age of 12 years unless prior authorization has been given by management.
There is a refundable breakage deposit of R 1500, this deposit will be accessible to cover any unforeseen minor breakages and should cover the cost of
additional guests not provided for
in the original contract, but is not limited to major damages to the property. Should this occur the hosts will be liable for damages.
If no breakages or damages, this deposit will be refunded within 1 month of the function and will be paid into the host’s bank account.
The client may set up for their wedding the night before (after 6pm), provided there is no function booked, at no charge. However if we do have a function
booked we will do our best to accommodate the clients décor needs.
We have a full licensed bar and offer a large selection of wines, beers and beverages.
The limit and type of bar account must be specified e.g. beer and wine only or full bar, 3 weeks prior to the date of wedding. Any special beverage requirements
must be stipulated at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure that we are able to source stock for your function.
Any wine, champagne or sparkling wine brought in will be charged corkage at
R 45 per bottle.
Hosts will be required to sign the bar account after the wedding and prior to them leaving the venue.
We endeavor to take care of our guest’s belongings but the company does not accept liability for loss or damage of any items or personal injury to any individual
whilst on
Endless Horizons premises.
The company reserves the right of admission at all times.
