AS A PLATFORM FOR THE FLOATING CITY, IT IS PROPOSED TO USE LIGHT ALUMINUM HOLLOW TUBING SALVAGED FROM ABANDONED CITIES AND FACTORIES. THE STRUCTURE IS MADE STRONGER WITH THE HEXAGON PATTERN (MUCH LIKE THE BEE HIVE).

HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS ON THE PLATFORM MUST NOT TO BE TOO HIGH. HEIGHTS AND PLINTH AREAS OF BUILDINGS MUST BE PROPORTIONED TO THE BASE OF THE PLATFORM FOR STABILITY AND BALANCING ON SEA.
