E-library Resources

Procedures to access E-Library resources:

Step 1:

Open a Browser Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome and then type

the following URL: www.ulk.ac.rw; on the top center of the ULK

webpage and click on E-Library Resources.

Click on the circle of the red arrow.

Step 2:

Below the picture you will find the following table, the name of the

resources and their Links.

Step 3:

Click on the link in right side of the name of the resource you wish

to visit.

For example, Click on 1. Annual Reviews

Start by clicking on the following website:

http://www.annualreviews.org/

For example let search Finance as a Keyword: We get the results

below:

If you are interested with this topic then clik on the Download

button.

2. OECD iLibrary

You click in the right side on PDF format and then you download it,

you can read it while you are offline.

HINARI To access to HINARI here are the steps to follow:

Step 1

Open a browser Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome and then type www.google.com, look at the

research field and then write HINARI, click the first Link: http://www.who.int/hinari/en/, then

the following page will be displayed.

Click on the Login Button in the right side, then use the following Username and Password.

User Name: RWA090

Password: 59246

Select one among this dashboard, let’s for example choose the

ARDI,

If you select OARE, the below interface will be displayed.

If you select Hinari the below interface will be displayed.

Here you make research based on the Journals or Books by title.

Let take one example for OARE, here choose “C” as a book title and

the results are displayed here down.
