Laparoscopic Fertility Enhancing Tubal surgery & its outcome in terms of
Pregnancy
(Study of 25 cases)
Title:
To evaluate outcome of laparoscopic tubal surgery in
terms of pregnancy
Aim:
It’s a retrospective study of 25 cases were endoscopic tubal
surgery in the form of fimbrioplasty cornual canulation
or adhesiolysis to restore tuboovarian relationship was
done & results were tabulised in terms of positive pregnancy
outcome
Objective:
Operative video Laparo-hysteroscopy was done for infertility.
25 cases which required tubal surgery were taken in present study
Material & Methods:
•Fimbrioplasty => 10 Cases
•Cornual Canulation=> 6 Cases
•Adhesiolysis => 9 Cases(IIry to endometriosis, Kochs, P.O. Adhesions or
infections)

•13 cases were pregnant after surgery in first 6th months.
• 4 cases after fimbrioplasty
• 3 cases after cornual canulation.
• 6 cases after Adhesiolysis & restoration of tubo-ovarian relationship
Results:
Endoscopic infertility enhancing surgery of f. tubes gives remarkable results in
terms of pregnancy & hence it should always be done before
IVF.
