The Workload Management Dashboard is intended to provide front-line workers with an organizational tool that will display simple metrics of case activities that have exceeded certain defined limits, or are approaching those limits within the CBMS application.
This dashboard is not intended to be a traditional executive dashboard that uses fancy graphs, charts or other types of visual aides to provide trend analysis or high-level views of key system components.
