Ingredients ♦ 2 Persian cucumbers, or one English cucumber,

grated and squeezed dry

♦ 2 cups non fat Indian or Greek plain yogurt

♦ 2 cloves garlic, pressed through garlic press

♦ 1 lemon, juiced

♦ 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped, or 1 1/2

tablespoons dried

♦ 1/4 teaspoon kosher Salt, more to taste

Cucumber Mint Sauce

Directions 1. Combine all the ingredients, season to taste

and serve with your favorite dishes.

Makes about 2 cups
