Ingredients 2 Persian cucumbers, or one English cucumber, grated and squeezed dry 2 cups non fat Indian or Greek plain yogurt 2 cloves garlic, pressed through garlic press 1 lemon, juiced 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped, or 1 1/2 tablespoons dried 1/4 teaspoon kosher Salt, more to taste Cucumber Mint Sauce Directions 1. Combine all the ingredients, season to taste and serve with your favorite dishes.
