Creating and Options in

Calendar and TasksBy: Marie Johnson

Creating a Task ListO In the Navigation Pane, Click on the

Task Icon.

Tasks ListO In Tasks on the Tool bar, Click on New.

A Untitled Task box opens.

Tasks ListO Enter your tasks; it can be as little as

just the subject. Anything else that you add as far as the date and reminders are optional and up to you.

O You can also click on the more/fewer details arrow and add; mileage, total work, company, etc.

Tasks ListO If you want the task to recur, click on

the Repeat dialog box under the Repeat Pattern, set the repeat pattern for the task, and the click OK.

Change Task OptionsO Click on the Task icon on the navigation

Pane

Change Task OptionsO Across the top of the screen you will see

the “New” button. Next to that there are 6 more option buttons that you can click on.

O X-DeleteO Folder-Move to folderO 4 colored squares-Apply categoriesO Box with check mark-Mark completeO View-Reading PaneO Double arrows-Check Messages

O Click open “New,” open the meeting request

request

O Click on calendar in the Navigation Pane

O Across the top of the page you will see a total of 7 different options you can choose from.
