How to make fresh tomato pizza

firstGet all your ingredients which are, 1[14oz].

Purchased italian pizza crust , ½ cup great value pizza sauce ,

1[8 oz.] pkg. fresh mushroom sliced , ¼ cups halved cherry tomatoes ,1/3 cup sliced yellow bell pepper

SecondPrep time 15 mins.Cook time 10 minsServes 81. preheat grill to medium – high indirect

heat. SpreadPizza crust with sauce. Top with mushroom ,

tomatoes , yellow bell pepper , garlic , basil and cheese

2. Grill 10 to 12 minutes or until pizza is crisp and cheese is melted.

How a conductor or insaltor is used Before you pop the pizza in the oven why

don’t you grab a mettle pan. Then put your pizza on the mettle pan. We want the heat to transfer to the pizza fast. We use a mettle pan because it is a very good conductor.

[ a conductor lets heat pass though easily] Right after the pizza pops out of the oven get

a glass cover up. Then put the food on a plate. Then get the glass cover up and put it over the food. Glass is a good insaltor.

[ insaltors does not allow heat to pass though easily ]

How the heat moves…Heat moves by convection because the heat

is moving by gases into the food.
