METHODOLOGY

The data collection was conducted through the use of a structured Questionnaire (Web Based

Questionnaire) and of a Positions’ Reporting Form (PRF).

The Questionnaire and the Positions' Reporting Form were completed in collaboration with the

KPMG’s People & Change Advisors during a personal meeting with the company representative.

member firms affiliated with KPMG International Cooperative (“KPMG International”), a Swiss entity. All rights reserved. 14

METHODOLOGY

Following the KPMG Global methodology, the collection of the remuneration data (salaries) for all

positions was based on the job matching principle, by which positions are matched not on a title basis

but with the comparison of job duties (using specific job descriptions), years of experience and

academic qualifications.

The job matching process ensures an accurate and precise comparison of the positions and their job

holders, as are presented in various companies.
