First, remove the leaves from lollo bionda, iceberg and lettuce.
Then, wash the leaves carefully.
Last but not least, remove the seeds of the pomegranate and cut the cheese into thin slices.
Now our ingredients are ready and we can start preparing the platter.
Cut the iceberg and the lettuce and place them at the bottom.
Then, cut the lollo bionda and place it on top of the other two. We are done with the vegetables now.
The next step is to put the seeds of the pomegranate, the walnuts and the cheese on top.
And after that, mix some olive oil with balsamic vinegar and salt and pour the mixture on the salad.
