CO2 reduction in mobile

“Buses for Future”

Project idea:

Developing a standardized and scalable bus design for zero emission by fuel cells: innovations on design and manufacturing, requirement profile and the corresponding hydrogen infrastructure.

Collaboration: ADREM Consulting GmbH (Oldenburg) and HYMOVE (Arnhem)

CO2 reduction in energy systems

“Sub-Zero PVT”

Project idea:Increasing the solar thermal energy input in heat pump systems through lower inlet temperatures in PVT roof systems.

Collaboration: SolarTech International (Eindhoven), EUKON (Krefeld), Conivo Valves (Veldhoven), Fraunhofer-Institut für Solare Energiesysteme ISE (Freiburg)

CO2 reduction in foodprocessing

Wezep: Heating with residual heat from potato factory CêlaVíta

• CêlaVíta discharges around 1,400 m3 of waste water (31°C).

• This involves around 4,410 GJ of heat annually.

• With the help of the WiEfm heat voucher, Tauw investigated

whether the residual heat from waste water could be used for De

Veldkamp swimming pool in Wezep.

Solution:

• Two sewer buffers are used during the weekend. Tauw has

designed a three pipe solution, to clean the system frequently.

CO2 reduction in foodprocessing

Key figures

• Energy saving(annually): 230.000 m³ gas

• Sustainable energy: 2.300 MWh/a

• CO2 reduction: 410 t/a

• Total (study) costs: €15.000,00

• Heat voucher (70%): €10.500,00

WieFM programm

• Questions specific answers with the help of experts

• Target group: municipalities, SMEs and

other organizations and initiatives (public and private).

• Financing up to 45% of the costs; 50% for cross-border

cooperation.

• Eligible costs per study: a maximum of € 50,000.

• Publication of the results on the project website.

• Objective: realisation of 15 feasibility studies.

EnerPRO | subsidy for innovative energy products

Development of innovative products in the field of decentralized renewable energy production

solar/thermal technologies, fuel cell and hydrogen technologies, energy storage, system integration of renewables e-mobility

PURPOSE

WHO CAN GET THE SUBSIDY

• for small and medium sized companies (max 250 employees)

• de company of the applicant should be located in de project-area (Euregio Rijn-Waal)

• cross-border cooperation should be enhanced (Netherlands and North-Rhine Westphalia)
