The presentation briefly introduces the concept of, and the current and future needs for climate change adaptation in Northern Europe. The presentation goes on to summaries the activities and outputs of the Clim-ATIC, a Northern Periphery Programme funded project supporting climate change adaptation by a number of communities in 5 counties; Scotland, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Greenland from January 2008 to February 2011.
