Important Info to Keep in Mind

Presentation Day Group Meetings

• Starting February 18 th until March 13 th group meetings will be held to go over the Grad Project Presentation (April 21/28)requirements.

• A schedule will be posted on the CLC 12 Blog and outside C103 during first week of February.

On the Presentation Day

On the presentation day after your presentation, you will be asked to submit ALL Presentation Materials in a Hardcopy format before you leave the MP Room.

To hand in on the Presentation Day:Put into a package (e.g. plastic bag, envelop) and label EVERYTHING with your FULL NAME and STU#:• printed script for oral presentation • printed PPT slides/ Prezzi• load videos on USB drive • handouts• posters• brochures• take and print photos of physical artifacts
