Welcome to the Cisco Learning Credits Exam Voucher Self-Service Portal.

This “How To” guide shows you how to order exam vouchers from the self-service portal, including how to check the status of an order, download your voucher codes, open support cases, and how to redeem voucher codes at Pearson VUE.

1. Navigate to the Cisco Learning Credits Exam Voucher portal page.

2. Sign in using your Cisco.com ID. If you do not have one yet, please create a new account by clicking on the “Create Account” tab on the bottom of the page. You may also visit Cisco.com to create a new account.

3. One you have signed in, please read and accept the Voucher Terms & Conditions.

4. Click on the “Exam” or “CCIE Lab” tab to place your voucher order. For written and CCDE Practical exams, select the “Exam” tab. For CCIE Lab, select “CCIE Lab” tab.

Please note: Exam and CCIE Lab orders cannot be combined. They must be purchased separately.

5. Select the “No. of Vouchers” of your desired exam type and click “Add to Cart.”

6. Continue Shopping, or proceed to “Go to Cart” for checkout.

7. Review your “Shopping Cart” to ensure you have selected the correct Exam Type and Quantity.

8. Proceed to Checkout.

Tips: You can update the quantity of vouchers from your cart by selecting the drop down box in the ‘Quantity’ field.

To navigate back to the Catalog, click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ tab or ‘Catalog’ on the top right of the page.

9. Enter a valid Sales Order Number and Total Learning Credits to make this purchase.

10. Enter Alternative Email if needed.

11. Click “Submit.”

Tips: If you are using more than one Sales Order Number, please ensure they belong to the same company/customer and have the available credits to be debited from each one.

There are two ways to download your vouchers:

1. In the portal under “My Orders,” click on “Download Vouchers.”

2. Or, check your email for a confirmation of your voucher fulfillment. From there, you can also download your vouchers.

6. Fill out all required fields marked with an asterisk *.

7. In the “Product” field, choose the program you have an issue or inquiry about. For CLC Exam Voucher Order Inquiries, you will select “Cisco Learning Credits Exam Voucher.”

8. When you are done, click “Submit.”

9. You will receive an email with case details. Please expect a response within 2-3 business days.
