Brennan IT has a long history of deploying, upgrading and supporting dedicated PBX platforms, voice lines and contact centre software for Australian customers. We can deploy or refresh a PBX either at your head office site or host centrally in our secure datacentres. We are skilled in UC platforms manufactured by world leading vendors NEC and Cisco.
Voice carriage capacity to our on-premise dedicated phone system can be fully supplied by Brennan IT and include SIP trunking and ISDN (being phased out by 2022).
SIP is delivered over data connections that are used for internet and wide-area-network (WAN) connections – which you’ve more than likely already got. By merging voice as another application on these data connections, the existing ISDN lines are no longer needed. SIP Trunk ‘lines’ are dynamically created and removed as required on the data network and we use ‘Quality of Service’ wherever possible to help ensure perfect voice quality. We can design SIP trunks and UC platform in highly available (HA) deployment in two diverse locations with automatic failover.
Business locations that have very specific, highly advanced contact centre functions (such as voice recognition AI), bespoke internal software application integrations etc. are better suited for an On-Premise PBX/UC solution with SIP trunks.
